Summer Berry Smoothie

This bright blue smoothie is not only filled but filled with tons of nutrients!

Equipment

  • High Speed Blender *I use a Vitamix*

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 tbsp Blue Spirulina
  • 4 Frozen *Chopped* Bananas
  • .5 Scoop Sunwarrior Tahitian Vanilla Collagen Building Protein Peptides
  • ¾ Cup Coconut water

Instructions
 

  • Add coconut water to your blender.
  • Add your remaining ingredients to your blender stopping frequently to push ingredients down using your blenders tamper or a utensil.

Notes

*I use a Vitamix blender but for my smoothie recipes (not my smoothie bowls) any blender is totally fine and will get the job done!
