Ingredients
  

  • 3 Frozen bananas
  • 1.5 Cups Almond Milk
  • 1.5 Cups Frozen Mango
  • 1.5 Cups Ice
  • 3 Cups Spinach or Kale

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in high speed blender.
  • Blend until the consistency is smooth and creamy.

Notes

If you use fresh fruits - add less liquid and add more if necessary.
