Apple Nachos

This recipe is such a fun snack or mono meal! I make this recipe all the time in the summer for our whole family to grab while we are out by the pool, beach or just playing around. So easy to grab and go! It's not messy and so filling!

Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 Apples *Honeycrisp is our favorite!*
  • ½ Cup Peanut Butter
  • ¼ Cup Cacao Nibs or Dairy Free Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • Wash and core the apples, then slice them thinly using a sharp knife or a mandoline slicer.
  • Arrange the apple slices in a single layer on a large serving platter or tray.
  • Drizzle the peanut butter or almond butter over the apple slices.
  • Sprinkle the toppings on your choice (chocolate chips, chopped nuts, shredded coconut, and dried cranberries or raisins) evenly over the apples.
  • Finish by sprinkling a little cinnamon over the top for an extra burst of flavor.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your apple nachos!
